Jerry Grinstein, co-founder of Madrona Venture Group, was born in Seattle. Jerry has served in leadership roles at Delta Airlines, Western Airlines, and Burlington Northern Santa Fe, where he oversaw the company’s acquisition of Santa Fe Pacific Corp., creating the nation’s largest railroad. Jerry’s crowded résumé also includes his time serving as Chief Counsel to the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee, Counsel to the Merchant Marine & Transportation subcommittee, and as Administrative Assistant to U.S. Senator Warren G.
